  11. The need for codified & CONTINUOUS (semi-discrete, smooth) policy in financial matters. By this I am thinking specifically of several tax cutoffs and handouts. My inspiration is begging congress to "extend unemployment insurance 13 weeks (1 quarter) nationwide during this "historic unemployment" (not) -- and 26 weeks in high unemployment states". WHY NOT HAVE A FUCKING FORMULA and then deal with HUMANS - PEOPLE in case-by-case basis using case workers? It's so idiotic to give BLANKET $600 or $1200 checks. Likewise it's idiotic to give blanket 13 weeks... Why not have something like: "for every 1/2 pt NATIONALLY above 5.0 (2 month avg etc) increase unemployment benefit by 2 weeks with no one receiving more than 36 weeks -- benefit based on the HIGHEST rate during the entire unemployed period.. ADD additional extensions based on congressional district (same population)" etc. Something like that. That way, unemployment is local-based.
    • One reason America is so fucking worthless, is that "continuous" or "logic-based" or barely complex solutions like the one I outlined above (spent 3 mins to think of it) would be derided as WONKISH or some other such word the American Luddite Press and American Luddite Sheeple love to use (instead of imagining their own fucking solutions).
  12. Happy Memorial Day or How Sweet it is to Waste Your Life dying for nothing (and likewise to cause the waste of hundreds of thousands of others lives in our pursuit of nothingness). CONSIDER: (Thin Red Line? Paths of Glory?)
  13. Ask yourself this: WHO INVADES OTHER NATIONS BESIDES USA ? I think the answer is basically nobody. In essence, we went from playing the part of 'liberator' in 1991 to playing the part OF IRAQ -- the aggressor -- in 2003 !!! How fucking insane is that logic? If Iraq was ever a threat, then shouldn't the 100 or so nations closer to Iraq than the USA all have had much much much more reason to fear it? And was it not fucking obvious that NO ONE WAS SCARED OF IRAQ. Christ, Iran fought (our ally) Iraq for how many years? If anyone needed to fear Iraq, it was that nation.
